How much does it cost?
We will agree on a retainer fee for our services before we start acting on your behalf.

How do you find your candidates?
We search for executives specifically for each vacancy. By using our extensive resources and market knowledge we are able to identify and contact a candidate who has the correct skill-set for each position.

Do you personally interview all candidates before recommending them to us?
Yes. Each candidate receives an in-depth interview and is given a detailed job description and background information on the client company.

How long will it take you to introduce the right candidate to us?
We can usually introduce somebody with the correct set of skills within one month. If we are unable to do so we advise you at the outset

How long do you guarantee them after they start?
Three months for senior candidates.

What happens if they leave during probation or we do not find them good enough?
We replace them, at no additional cost to you.

What happens if you cannot locate a suitable candidate for us?
We continue to work alongside you until the correct candidate is identified.

Can we use more than one agency?
You can, but we do not recommend it because we are confident we can identify the right person for your vacancy. If we do not feel we can do so we will tell you immediately so as not to waste your time.
