The appointment of Con Conway to the Chairmanship of I.Tel in 1999 provided added impetus in reaching their business development goals. Con is a highly respected and well-known figure on both the national and international IT & telecommunication scene. In addition he has been associated at the highest levels with Hong Kong's Sports Federation and Olympic Committee since the 1960's. Con's presence and drive has ensured I.Tel's growth has been unabated for the last 10 years.

In the early 2000's, Hong Kong's economy was battered with the triple blows of the dot com crash, SARs and the Avian Influenza crisis. Seizing the opportunity to broadened its delivery capability, I.Tel developed resourcing solutions for more traditional IT companies. Since then its expertise in this area matches that of its telecommunications roots.
