Job Description

  • Gathers organizes and inputs client and prospect data into the pipeline
  • Prepares and processes all the documentation related to client implementation
  • Process technical request
  • Project coordination with regards to technical concerns
  • Deliver existing deals
  • Scheduling of technical personnel for the implementation, installation, demo, and training

Qualification & Requirements

  • Strong customer facing experience
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Can handle large accounts in the Financial Service Industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while handling multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge in software and/or other database technology
  • Proficiency in English required
